These terms govern use of colvya.com and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the shipping, refund, and privacy policies published on the site.

1. The seller

The store name is Colvya. The seller is COLBY MCBRIEN GN INC, 20111 Route 19, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066, United States. This is our registered business and mailing address. It is not a retail store.

2. Products

We sell fashion rings. Most pieces are zinc alloy with an oxidized, silver-tone, or gold-tone finish. Some styles include rhinestones or small glass or resin accents. These are fashion jewelry pieces. They are not solid gold, sterling silver, platinum, or natural gemstone jewelry. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe the color of the finish, not the metal content. The material line on the product page is the description you should rely on.

3. Pricing and payment

The price on the product page is the item price. A flat shipping fee of $4.99 is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is posted in error, or payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid.

4. Shipping

Shipping area, cutoff time, and delivery estimates are in the shipping policy. The daily cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow the refund policy. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and mailed to 20111 Route 19, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066 only after we approve the request.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place orders with false information. We may cancel an order that appears fraudulent.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
