Shipping policy

This policy explains where Colvya ships, how much shipping costs, and how long delivery usually takes. Colvya is operated by COLBY MCBRIEN GN INC.

1. Shipping area

Colvya ships to street addresses in the contiguous United States, including the 48 mainland states and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, or military addresses.

2. Shipping fee

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to each order. The fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.

3. Order cutoff

The daily order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

An order placed and paid before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day enters processing that business day. An order placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, enters processing on the next business day.

4. Processing time

After an order enters processing, it is generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes payment confirmation, picking, packing, and handing the package to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include U.S. public holidays.

5. Delivery time

After an order ships, delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3–7 business days. The estimated total time from payment to delivery is 4–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Packaging

Rings ship in standard protective packaging. A gift box is not included unless the product page says it is included.

7. Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

8. Address changes

You are responsible for entering a complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email service@colvya.com or call +1 715-810-1538 as soon as possible. If the order has not entered processing, we will try to update the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot promise a change.
