Refund policy

This policy explains returns and refunds for orders placed at colvya.com. Colvya is operated by COLBY MCBRIEN GN INC.

1. Return period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may be declined.

2. What can be returned

A return may be eligible if the request is made within 30 days of delivery, the ring is unused and unworn, it is in its original condition, and original packaging is included when applicable.

3. How to request a return

Email service@colvya.com or call +1 715-810-1538 before you send anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not mail a return until we approve it.

Packages sent without approval, or sent to any other address, may be delayed or not processed.

5. Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us before returning it. After we approve that claim, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.

6. Restocking fee

Colvya does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.

7. Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we generally process the refund within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.

8. Refund amount

An approved change-of-mind return is refunded for the item price. The original $4.99 shipping fee is not refunded. If we sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged or defective, we refund the item price and the shipping fee you paid.

9. Exchanges

We may exchange an unused ring for another in-stock Colvya ring of equal or lower price. If the requested ring is not available, the resolution is a return and refund. Email us before sending an exchange.
